Especially in uncertain and dynamic times, our personal stress management is challenged: Tasks and goals change constantly, permanent change challenges us and in all of this, we try to balance private and professional goals and expectations. In short: stress is pre-programmed.
In this program, you will learn how to deal with these challenges and remain calm and confident even in demanding times.
How You Learn
"You will learn a variety of methods to counter stress at an early stage and prevent it from arising in the first place. You will receive an ""emergency kit"" with practical tips and methods for acute stress situations and learn to balance professional and private goals. We look at stress triggers and personal resources that you can use and discuss the right balance between perfectionism and composure. The focus is always on you. Therefore, you reflect and train all methods and tips against the background of your personal situation, your personality and your daily work routine."
