How You Learn
In order to achieve the best possible transfer of learning, this program will be conducted as a hybrid offering, i.e. all participants can decide for themselves whether they want to participate in person in Essen in one room together or virtually via MS Teams individually.
The program will consist of two hybrid modules, each lasting 3.5 hours, to allow sufficient time for an intensive exchange, getting to know the tools and working out concrete measures for the personal daily team life. Together with the trainer and through the exchange with the other participants, you will create a plan for your team situation.
