Who should attend
Executive & Senior Managers (A/L1-L3) who are challenged with establishing and maintaining team spirit in hybrid teams where virtual and in person team contact will continue to be mixed and rarely 100% predictable.

As of a leader of a hybrid team, how can I -

  • Maintain sense of identification and loyalty with the company?
  • Enable innovation/new ideas to emerge despite the lack of physical, informal touchpoints?

  • Maintain team motivation in virtual, hybrid working methods over a longer period of time? 

 

How you will learn
The program will be spread across three on-line modules, each lasting 3 hours to allow for rich exchange, exploration of tools and identification of concrete actions.  Guided by the subject matter expert trainer and through exchanges with their fellow participants, you will work on creating a plan for your concrete situation.
