What you learn
In a fast moving world, where circumstances and predictions are constantly changing, there is a need for methods which help dealing with uncertainty and complexity. One of the most successful approaches is Design Thinking. Design Thinking is an innovation method which puts the user back in the center of attention without losing sight of technical feasibility and economic profitability. The clear structure of the method allows the implementation of innovation in companies or organizations.
In this program the Design Thinking method will be tackled with a hands-on approach, as the participants themselves will go through the six-step Design Thinking process. At the same time we will provide an understanding of the mindset as well as the organizational framework which is required in order to implement Design Thinking successfully.
How you learn
Walk through the phases of Design Thinking by working on a fictive tk case, guided by an experienced Design Thinking coach. Get first hand feedback on your ideas and develop a solution for your problem statement together with your workshop team.
