How you learn
This program enables Project Managers of small projects and project team members to understand and apply project management methodologies and processes based on industry standards. The course covers the initiation and execution of a project and helps to implement Project Management methods.
To enhance the practical relevance as well as to foster the transfer into daily business the group works are based on participants’ own projects.
