Who should attend

All employees who are responsible for planning, organizing and implementing (smaller) internal projects as well as all colleagues being involved in those projects.


What you learn

Participants know the most important terms and principles of project management and have a clear understanding of the success criteria for internal. Dynamic processes in teams are familiar to them and they know simple tools that help them support the team development process in their projects. They know the most essential project management methods, their relationships and are able to use them in different situations. Participant can define their project’s boundaries and know how to create a sustainable project charter. They have the basic toolkit for project planning of a project based on the triple constraints as the foundations of a project.


How you learn

This program enables Project Managers of small projects and project team members to understand and apply project management methodologies and processes based on industry standards. The course covers the initiation and execution of a project and helps to implement Project Management methods.

To enhance the practical relevance as well as to foster the transfer into daily business the group works are based on participants’ own projects.
