Continuous alternation between theory, simulation exercises and practical phases in production
How you learn
-
Practical training in 2 modules at a production location to be defined in advance.

Between the modules there is a phase lasting several weeks in which what has been learned is put into practice on the job.

In the second module experiences from the practical working phase are addressed and the knowledge gained is deepened and expanded.

On completion of the multi-week working phase, the optimization phase is largely complete and the achieved successes are sustainably secured.
