What are setup standards and how are they created?
Continuous alternation between theory, simulation exercises and practical phases in production
How you learn
Practical training in 2 modules at a production location to be defined in advance.
Between the modules there is a phase lasting several weeks in which what has been learned is put into practice on the job.
In the second module experiences from the practical working phase are addressed and the knowledge gained is deepened and expanded.
You are able to analyze setup processes and optimize them by applying a structured approach.
The potential for reducing setup times is already evident in the first block.
On completion of the multi-week working phase, the optimization phase is largely complete and the achieved successes are sustainably secured.
