Who should attend
All employees and managers, who would like to learn which personal factors and personal requirements influence their own performance and want to increase their performance sustainably or maintain it even in really challenging situations.

 

What you learn
This impulse focuses on physical and mental basics that do have a directly and sustainably impact on our performance, either in a strengthening or reducing way.

It is common knowledge that eating healthy, exercising, etc. is important to keep our body in shape and healthy. It is less talked about that the same is true for our mind. In order to be able to perform in general and especially in times of increasing pressure, complexity, and uncertainty our mental health is becoming increasingly important – both for our wellbeing and our performance. 
In this impulse you get to know the 7 elements of the so called “Healthy Mind Platter”, i.e., dimensions that matter for mental health. In each of these dimensions you can make a quick self-assessment and get initial ideas, tips and tricks on how you can increase your mental well-being with small things. The aim is therefore to consider the base of your performance up to high performance and thus make it achievable.

 

How you learn
We will discuss approaches that will make you reconsider previous behavior and, if necessary, try something new. We touch on topics such as sleep, nutrition, exercise, etc. and give tips for sustainably improving the basics of your performance.
