"Healthy Mind Platter" is a model developed by Dr. Dan Siegel, a renowned US professor of psychiatry, and his colleague Dr. David Rock. This model describes seven different components or qualities of time that we should use in our lives on a daily basis in order to be and remain balanced and mentally fit. Two of the seven dimensions are "sleep" and "nutrition".
One factor that enables good sleep is reducing "blue light", i.e. switching off tablets, cell phones and televisions early before going to bed. Many devices can already set automatical filters and block out this light.
The topic of nutrition is another component/quality of time. It is now common knowledge that nutrition has a major influence on our body, but nutrition also has a lasting effect on our psyche. One tip for this would be, for example, a balanced mix of ingredients (e.g. carbohydrates, fiber, protein, etc.)
