AI in procurement: compact, in-depth and practical

In this training, you will learn how to use AI in procurement safely and effectively – from needs clarification and tendering (RFQ/RFP) to bid comparison, cost analysis and negotiation support to contract and supplier management. You will develop practical prompt and template modules, e.g. for specifications, RFx documents, supplier communication, offer evaluations, should-cost lines of argumentation, negotiation guidelines, meeting minutes as well as risk and action lists.
