To feel confident and succeed in this dynamic and complex working world we have revised and condensed the leadership curriculum for all leaders within thyssenkrupp.

It enables our leaders to master current strategic and operational challenges and continuously develop themselves and the thyssenkrupp group. They can experience exciting and exclusively selected content on personal and business leadership with insights into the fascinating field of artificial intelligence.

Furthermore, with our recently and further developed “Focus 5 approach”, we aim to support our leaders and their businesses in building the organizational capabilities required to be successful now and in the future. Following an assessment on an organizational level and a “Leadership Workshop”, the approach comprises various “Focus 5 offerings” for our leaders, which will be available in the upcoming fiscal year, such as “Focus 5 Leadership Journeys” and “Focus 5 Bootcamps”.

Impulse Session Focus 5: Innovate Radically

Participants will learn how to act as leaders in complex, technology-driven environments and how to foster innovation capabilities. At the core lies continuous adaptability as a key driver for future readiness. They will gain insights into how to deal with uncertainty, develop alternative future scenarios, and unlock creative potential through the targeted use of artificial intelligence in combination with human intelligence.
