    The training gives an introduction into the Six Sigma approach. You will learn about the latest trends and the opportunities offered by the use of DMAIC in improvement projects. This includes: Overview of the prerequisites for DMAIC projects, teaching the structured approach to process optimization using an actual case study, and teaching the key points of the Champion role understanding in the Six Sigma/Lean organization.
