Program Language
This program will be conducted in German.
Who Should Attend
Leaders at all levels who take responsibility for the performance and development of their employees. This program is particularly suitable for leaders who want to strengthen their effectiveness in challenging conversations and confidently master the balance between clarity, consequence, and support.
What You Learn
How can you clearly formulate expectations, assign responsibilities transparently, and stay in dialog even in difficult situations? A helpful method that supports this is the Supporting Dialog from the Focus 5 Toolbox. In this program, you will learn how to use the Supporting Dialog as a structured leadership tool – in one-on-one conversations, in performance reviews, or in team meetings. You will work specifically on identifying root causes rather than combating symptoms, and develop a keen eye for the emotional dynamics in conversations.
You will learn how to clearly define goals, responsibilities, and performance indicators such as KPIs or OKRs, use feedback effectively, and create psychological safety – even when you need to speak plainly or address consequences. You will reflect on your own attitude toward leadership, responsibility, and development and expand your ability to combine coaching, feedback, and consequences at the right moment.
How You Learn
Short impulses alternate with practical exercises, case studies, and collegial consultation. You will work on real cases from your everyday leadership practice, simulate typical conversation situations, and receive direct feedback. In reflection and transfer phases, you will ensure implementation in your daily leadership routine.
