What You Learn
In this program, you will not only understand the six-phase Design Thinking process but also learn to apply it efficiently as a team. The focus is on how shared creativity, clearly defined roles, and iterative feedback loops strengthen team collaboration and lead to better, faster results.

• Understand: Dive into the world of the customer to capture their needs and challenges. Learn how to ask the right questions to understand the real needs.
• Observe: Gather information about your customers and users in concrete experiences to understand behaviors, preferences, and problems in the real world.
• Define Point of View: Synthesize the collected information to develop a clear, shared point of view (pain point).
• Ideation: Brainstorm and develop creative solutions. Experience how to use the collective potential as a team to generate and evaluate a variety of ideas.
• Prototype: Quickly develop tangible prototypes as a team. Learn how to divide tasks and combine skills to create initial models effectively and time-efficiently.
• Test: Test the prototypes in the team with real users. Instead of collecting biased feedback, learn to gather valuable, concrete insights through skillful questioning that will truly advance your product or service.

Through these phases, you will learn to empathize with your customers and develop tangible products and services through shared customer feedback and teamwork.

How You Learn
At each phase of the design thinking process, you will receive a theoretical introduction followed by practical exercises. In addition to these interactive learning units, you will have the opportunity to go through the process of idea generation and prototype development in small groups. Through continuous feedback loops with the trainers and other participants, you can also iteratively improve your solutions.
