In this program, you will not only understand the six-phase Design Thinking process but also learn to apply it efficiently as a team. The focus is on how shared creativity, clearly defined roles, and iterative feedback loops strengthen team collaboration and lead to better, faster results.
How You Learn
At each phase of the design thinking process, you will receive a theoretical introduction followed by practical exercises. In addition to these interactive learning units, you will have the opportunity to go through the process of idea generation and prototype development in small groups. Through continuous feedback loops with the trainers and other participants, you can also iteratively improve your solutions.
