What You Learn
Engaging People aims to create a situation where every employee is ready and willing to bring their best to work every day. This involves harnessing their full potential, passion, and creativity. The goal is to foster a workforce that is fully engaged and can adapt to a continuously changing environment. But how can this be done? To effectively engage people, there are several strategies and tools that can be employed and it is not surprising how important leadership therefore is. You will learn how leaders should focus on guiding and empowering teams rather than traditional authority-based leadership. Leaders should act as connectors and coaches, creating clarity and removing barriers to foster an environment where teams can thrive and innovate. Currently, one leadership model leadership style in particular is therefore receiving a lot of attention, namely VACC Leadership Framework: This framework encourages ownership, accountability and empowerment within teams. It stands for Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach. Leaders should articulate a clear vision, build an effective organization, empower teams, and foster collaboration.
How You Learn
Interactive virtual session with an external expert who makes the topic this performance enabler accessible to other companies in an advisory role, but at the same time has applied and uses the strategies and tools themselves in his environment in several organizations. You will have the opportunity to exchange ideas intensively and discuss with your colleagues in small groups and thus also benefit from their experience.
