Who Should Attend
HR Business Partners, People Operations/HR Services, Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development as well as those responsible for employer branding and HR projects. It is also aimed at HR managers and executives with HR responsibility as well as interface roles from legal/compliance, data protection and IT who want to professionalize HR processes and communication with AI. The prerequisite for participation is basic knowledge of AI and prompting.
What You Learn
In this training, you will learn how to use artificial intelligence safely and effectively in everyday HR – from recruiting and candidate communication to standard HR texts and guidelines to onboarding, change and internal employee communication. You will develop practical prompt and template modules (e.g. for job profiles, interview guidelines, competence models, FAQs, training concepts, protocols and handovers) and learn to check and improve results in a targeted manner. Another focus is on responsible use: data protection/confidentiality, bias and AGG risks as well as clear quality and approval criteria so that your HR outputs are consistent, legally compliant and immediately usable.
How You Learn
Short impulses provide the necessary foundation for using artificial intelligence in everyday HR in a meaningful way. Interactive collaboration creates exchange and direct application. Prepared prompts for typical HR tasks can be tried out and individually adapted – and practical tests in the AI tool immediately anchor what has been learned. In this way, theory quickly becomes practice – and curiosity becomes real competence.
Your Benefits
You will increase your efficiency in typical HR tasks and significantly reduce the time spent on recurring texts, communication and documentation. At the same time, you will improve the quality and consistency of your HR communication – both internally and externally. You will gain more confidence in dealing with sensitive data, data protection and bias risks and work with clear quality and approval criteria. With ready-to-use prompt templates and building blocks, you can transfer what you have learned directly into your everyday work and empower your HR team step by step for the use of AI.
