This program will be conducted in German or English.

Who Should Attend
Project Managers who have already attended our Project Management Fundamentals program or a corresponding basic training in Project Management and already have some experience in leading a project team.

What You Learn
In this program you will gain a better awareness of your own leadership style within your project and its influence on the behavior of your project team. You will be able to lead your project team effectively and expand your skills in this area. In addition, you will learn to perform your role as a Project Manager in a targeted manner on the basis of trust, a good project culture and emotional intelligence.

How You Learn
You reflect on your own challenges in leadership situations in projects.
Combined with theoretical input, the trainer will carry out many practical, interactive exercises in the area of PM competence. In reflection and feedback rounds in the form of buddy coaching and peer-to-peer review, you will exchange ideas intensively with each other.
Note: As part of the program takes place outside, please bring sturdy shoes and appropriate clothing.
