Who Should Attend
All female employees who would like to learn valuable strategies and techniques to turn their voice into an effective tool in everyday working life and thus be perceived as convincing and authentic.

What You Learn
You will get to know your voice inside and out, learn to use it in a targeted way and be able to act and speak confidently in different professional situations. You will consolidate your inner strengths and combine them authentically with your external expression. This will help you gain presence and assertiveness!

How You Learn
The human voice is a widely underestimated success factor - especially for women. In everyday professional life, women's voices are often drowned out - at least when we speak, we often have the impression that we are not being heard. Change that with this program! You will find out what causes you to be quiet more often than necessary, look at typical female stumbling blocks when speaking and practise confronting these internal and external hurdles. In this program, you will learn how to become audible as a woman without becoming loud, how to remain calm in critical moments without becoming quiet and how to ensure that your ideas are heard. This is where coaching and personal development meet voice training, making it a holistic and interactive training program for a strong voice. The program offers you the opportunity to analyse your vocal impact and presence, for self-reflection and a lively exchange of experiences. In many practical exercises, you will expand your skills and playfully awaken many potentials to strengthen your voice and use it in a targeted manner.
