Who Should Attend
All employees, who would like to learn which personal factors and personal requirements influence their own performance and want to increase their performance sustainably or maintain it even in really challenging situations.
What You Learn
In principle, resilience can directly and sustainably influence and strengthen our performance, while a low level of resilience slows us down both in terms of well-being and performance. It is common knowledge that eating healthy, exercising, etc. is important to keep our body in shape and healthy. It is less talked about that the same is true for our mind. In order to be able to perform in general and especially in times of increasing pressure, complexity, and uncertainty our mental health is becoming increasingly important – both for our wellbeing and our performance. In this impulse you will get to know the 7 so-called resilience factors, i.e. dimensions that are important for mental health. In each of these dimensions, you can get ideas, tips and tricks on how to increase well-being with small activities.
How You Learn
We will discuss approaches that will make you reconsider previous behavior and, if necessary, try something new. We touch on various topics related to resilience and give tips for sustainably improving your own resilience.
