What You Learn
This 2-day program enables you to understand different contract models in the bid and execution phase of a customer project and to carry out professional claims management. You will learn how to effectively design, negotiate and implement contracts in plant business. You will learn how to identify, minimize and control risks that can lead to claims situations. You will acquire the necessary know-how to professionally defend against or enforce claims and how to constructively resolve conflicts.
How You Learn
The training consists of a combination of theory and practice. You will receive an overview of the basics of contract and claim management in plant business, such as contract structure, contract analysis, contract review and specific, critical contract clauses. You will work on case studies on the topics of contract analysis and change and claim handling. You will work with tools such as the non-conformity report, change request and event log. You will benefit from the experience and feedback of our trainer, who has many years of experience in the industry.
