In today's work environment, remote work and working on the go are becoming increasingly important. While the flexibility and comfort of hybrid work offer many advantages, managing time effectively and dealing with potential distractions can be challenging. At the same time, it’s becoming harder to truly disconnect as work and personal life increasingly overlap.
This program teaches you methods to minimize distractions in your daily home office routine and plan your tasks efficiently. You will develop strategies to enhance your self-organization and motivation, helping you maintain your drive even when working from home. Finally, you will learn approaches to establish a clear boundary between your professional and personal life, promoting a healthy work-life balance and preventing burnout.
How You Learn
In two half-day virtual sessions, you will gain a toolbox for modern time management and effective self-organization in the home office. By reviewing your own habits, you will identify ways to optimize both your professional and personal self-management. Through self-reflection, group exercises, and trainer input, you will learn how to handle the diverse demands of remote work with less stress and prioritize your tasks with a clear focus on goals.
